ELADEEP® E82HT: Extension of API17L for EXSTO Bend Restrictors

Extension of API17L for EXSTO Bend Restrictors. New high temperature material: ELADEEP® E82HT.

EXSTO acquired in 2015 a Type Approval Certificate (TAC) for Bend Restrictors according to API17L. During this qualification, Bureau Veritas checked and verified our material selection, design methodology, manufacturing capabilities and inspection and testing procedures.

Last month, the certification was extended further. A new material with better temperature resistance was added: PU ELADEEP®️ E82HT.

The use of this new material enables EXSTO to increase the average temperature of use from 23°C to 60°C.

This extension of the EXSTO Bend Restrictors certification, allows us to continue to offer the best products to our customers, and a complete solution for the supply of Bend restrictors.
