The whole company is proud to announce the integration of Cervellati, located in San Lazzaro di Savena just outside Bologna, into the EXSTO Group.
After the acquisition of TECNOTEC in 2015, then of Emil-Gomma’s activities in 2018, the addition of Cervellati to EXSTO will strenghten the group’s presence in Italy.
Cervellati is a SME with 60 employees, founded in 1937 and specialising in the design and manufacture of technical parts in polyurethane, rubber and silicone. Its activities perfectly complement those of EXSTO and its subsidiaries.
In addition, Cervellati has a license to use VulkollanÒ, Covestro’s high performance polyurethane, which will benefit EXSTO group customers as of now.
